What a wonderful snapshot! Poor Mickey always gets the brunt end of things in fic and on the show, doesn't he? You've definitely given us a picture that feels real, part of the series. It fills a hole we've been missing in that 'verse... what motivated Mickey to do what he did in Rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel. Anyway. Fantastic job, original idea! Adding it to the rec list!
