A/N: This drabble takes place in my You're Not? universe. Unbeta-ed, so if it's horrendous you know who to blame ;)
Summary: I couldn't tell him.

I couldn't tell him. I couldn't. Even in the state I was in, I knew that much. There was no way I could lay that sort of pain on his head.

He'd said it was impossible for him to come through properly, that two Universes would be in deep trouble if he did; if I'd been able to touch him, hold him, then I might have made a different choice.

But he couldn't and I didn't, and I'll have to live with that decision for ever.

And that I didn't lay that burden on him is naught but cold comfort now.

Awww! so touching,that was great.Rose is having doubts about wither her decision was the right one.

Bitter but rightly so. Making what she felt was the right decision doesn't do her any good, and she can't see if it's done the Doctor any better.
