I've seen a Rose 5" figure for sale on Amazon as part of a set with K-9. They want £30 for the two!! It is, according to one reviewer, a startlingly life-like figure. Alas, that's the only example I've been able to find, and I've been looking since March (my Doctor is very lonely in his TARDIS), although I'm sure there used to be others available.
