Summary: The Doctor’s daughter receives her name.
“So, what are we going to call you?” Jackie cooed at her newborn grand-daughter (born with two hearts, there was no doubting the baby’s father).
“Alice,” the baby’s mother said. “Her name is Alice. Alice Hope Tyler, like the girl who came through the looking-glass.”
“Alice?” Jackie said the name experimentally. Nobody else so much as breathed a word (the baby girl’s middle name went unmentioned. Nobody needed reminding what (who) that stood for.)
“Alice.” Rose’s tone and facial expression were not those of someone whose opinion would be turned.
And that was how the Doctor’s daughter received her name.

I think so; for a person who came through the looking-glass with her mother, it's the only name that makes sense, don't you think?

Thanks! I'm strangely fond of this 'verse myself, even if it's just not what I'd usually write.

I've one more in progress and I think there will be at least one or two after that.
Don't discount the Doctor seeing Alice, somehow.

Steadfast and true, that's our Rose :)
