I have found a Ten/Rose Doctor Who novel that I haven’t read yet – The Nightmare of Black Island. So far it’s quite enjoyable (I’ve just finished chapter four, which with my current attention span is quite good).

Does anybody know, vaguely, which part of Season Two this slots in behind?

This is a silly little ditty, based on the chorus of the music hall song “Daisy Bell” (in that I changed a few words around to make it more Doctor-y), but it made me smile when I wrote it and that’s good enough for me.
