Why is it that AU Season-Two-fic-with-Nine is A-OK on the comms, but people turn their noses up at AU Season-Three-fic-with-Rose?

I happen to love those AU-s3-with-Rose fics.

I enjoy them, but the problem with most of them is that a) They're bitchy to Martha, and I LIKE Martha and b) They're mostly unoriginal, with no new dialogue and just giving a few of the Doctor's lesser lines to Rose.
Having said that, I remember a good 'un by Kathryn_Shadow on Teaspoon

I like Martha more now than I did then, if I’m honest, and I guess I can see where you’re at on that point.

I’ve seen quite a few on the Spoon that seem to give Rose a fair few decent lines (more than RTD managed in JE!)

I’ll have to look that up. Is it the one based around Human Nature?
